LabMedUK26 (9 & 10 June) has been approved by RCPath for 11 CPD credits.

Monday 8 June

Our first day of conference continues to be dedicated to trainees, with the Biochemistry and Immunology training days aimed at their usual trainee audiences.
Alongside these, we are introducing a new satellite workshop, Putting the patient at the heart of diagnostics, which is designed for leaders, aspiring leaders, and those involved in service improvement.

Putting the patient at the heart of diagnostics

This one-day satellite workshop, led by Katy Heaney and Rav Sodi, focuses on integrating patient-centric principles (also known as person-centered care) into diagnostic testing, to inform practice. It emphasizes seeing patients as unique individuals, shaped by cultural and emotional contexts, and aims to improve patient experience, engagement, and outcomes through a structured and interactive learning experience.
