Session 1 of our trade union training series for 2025 will focus on job evaluation.

We will discuss the process for evaluating roles within the NHS and how changes to job roles can be managed.

This session aims to support reps representing members through these changes as well as taking part in local panels. We also hope this will give members an insight into the process around Job Evaluation and what to do if you think your job has changed.

This session will also allow for a Q&A session and the opportunity for feedback from any reps who have been through this process or currently sit on a Job Evaluation panel to share their feedback.

We welcome both members and reps to this session and hope to see as many of you there as possible.
