Session 2 of our trade union training series for 2025 will cover organisational change.

This session will be open to both members and reps and we will look at what is organisational change and good practice we would expect from employers.

We will look at how members can feed into these processes and how they do so alongside their local representatives.

We will also incorporate some discussion around policies and Agenda for Change guidelines.
