Session 1 of our Trade Union training series for 2026 will look into the Equality Act 2010 in detail and how it protects individuals from discrimination in the workplace.

We will then discuss how to ensure we are supporting members in the workplace that have protected characteristics.

There will be time for general Q&A's at the end of this session.
