Session 3 of our Trade Union training series for 2026 will introduce The Employment Rights Act.

We will look at the significant changes being phased in as part of the Act and how this will affect us in supporting members in the workplace.

These changes are being implemented over a period of time and we will look at the key dates and have time for discussion and questions as part of this session.
