LabMed Management and Leadership Course
LabMed would like to welcome you to the Management and Leadership Course, Canterbury Christchurch University, 19 - 23 August.

The week will build on the well-established and acclaimed LabMed management courses, the last one being held in 2019.
- Designed for those preparing for FRCPath and senior laboratory management.
- Utilising lectures, workshops, discussions, group projects, debates & presentations.
- Led by senior members of the profession, NHS managers and the diagnostic industry.
The course has evolved to include recent changes within healthcare provision in the UK and will look at the NHS, its changing structure, its finance and staff groups. It will provide sessions on the psychology of organisation structures, managing budgets and demand, laboratory organisation, training, employment legislation, ethics, appraisal and people management. Sessions on clinical leadership, procurement and change management will also be included.
The cost of the course is inclusive of accommodation and meals.
