It was great to see so many of you attend our last training session! Based on feedback we will be running our next online event on Tuesday 17^th October 10:30 – 11:30 and this will be via MS Teams.

The next topic will build upon the last and be on Management of change and Sickness absence We will look at different types of change within the workplace and how we support members through this change and will also look at how we engage in these processes both as representatives and members. We will also touch upon Sickness absence and look at best practice and again how we as representatives support members. The session will run for an hour and there will be time for discussion. Your feedback for topics was welcomed at the end of the last session so please do bring ideas for discussion.

This training is suitable for FCS Reps and members wishing to become more active at their workplace.

Deadline for registration is Monday 16^th October 12pm
