Dr. Nils Stührwohldt is the Technical Director at MVZ Labor Ludwigsburg, where he leads laboratory operations and drives the adoption of innovative diagnostic technologies. Drawing on extensive expertise in laboratory science and molecular biology, Dr. Stührwohldt is dedicated to optimizing workflows, automating processes, and implementing advanced digital solutions to enhance diagnostic accuracy, efficiency, and patient care.

Under his leadership, MVZ Labor Ludwigsburg has undergone significant digital transformation, including the implementation of advanced pre-analytical monitoring tools such as S4DX, as well as analytical and post-analytical performance systems like navify Lab Operations and navify Analytics. Additionally, Dr. Stührwohldt has championed the integration of clinical decision support solutions such as the navify Algorithm Suite. These initiatives have streamlined data integration, improved resource management, and provided real-time oversight of laboratory operations. His efforts in system automation and digital workflow integration have significantly enhanced efficiency, reduced costs, and positioned the laboratory to meet the growing demands of modern healthcare.

Dr. Stührwohldt holds a Ph.D. in Biology and has a distinguished academic career in plant molecular biology. Prior to transitioning to clinical diagnostics, he served as an Academic Counselor at the University of Hohenheim and participated in international research collaborations at Peking University’s School of Life Sciences.
