Brighton Music Hall – Welcome evening, 10 June, 5.00 pm

Conference and Training Day delegates are warmly invited to attend the optional welcome evening on Monday 10 June, 5:00 pm. Have a complimentary drink between 5.30 - 7.30 pm, chat with fellow delegates and relax before the exciting conference ahead.  

Brighton Music Hall is conveniently close to Brighton Hilton Metropole on the seafront.

Beach clean – 11 June, 5.30 - 6.00pm

For something different, and to help with sustainability, please meet in the reception of the Hilton at 5.30pm for half an hour litter picking on Brighton beach. This will be a good opportunity to grab some fresh air after the lectures, socialise with collegues, all whilst helping with the environment.  Gloves, bags and litter pickers will be provided.  

Brighton i360 – Conference reception, 11 June, 7.00 pm

LabMedUK24 conference delegates are welcome to attend the conference reception at the end of the first conference day on Tuesday 11 June.  Starting from 7:00 pm the event will be held at the iconic Brighton i360.

The evening will begin with a welcome speech and drinks from 7:00 pm followed by a hot buffet supper.
