On the ACB’s 70th anniversary year, I look forward to welcoming you at the UKMedLab23 National Meeting at the Royal Armouries in Leeds, held between 12-14 June 2023.  

 This scientific meeting will be a fantastic opportunity to share and present science and research, engage with poster content and network with colleagues from the UK and abroad.  

The meeting will deliver two days of high-quality science across four plenary and eight parallel symposia on 13-14 of June. This is preceded by a training day for Clinical Biochemistry and Microbiology trainees on 12 June, supporting delegates’ exam preparation and future development. Our social programme will allow us not only to mix and wind down after the sessions, but also to mark the Association’s 70th anniversary.

It will be great to return to Leeds for this major in-person scientific meeting and I am excited to see you all there.
