Letter to Secretary of State for Health about Net Zero targets

The UK Health Alliance on Climate Change, representing 55 health organisations and 1.2 million healthcare professionals, has called for continued strong accountability and action to deliver a net zero NHS. LabMed has signed a letter from the Alliance that raises concerns about changes to NHS England’s climate responsibilities and is seeking engagement with the Department of Health and Social Care to support efforts to protect public health from the impacts of climate change.
