10 Year Workforce Plan – Call for Evidence

NHS England has launched a call for evidence to support the development of the 10 Year Workforce Plan, open until 7 November 2025.

This is a crucial opportunity for laboratory medicine professionals to contribute examples of best practice, share innovations, and highlight the workforce challenges facing our profession. Your input will help shape a plan that ensures the NHS has the right people, in the right roles, with the right skills for the future.
