Geoffrey Walker Award
We invite trainees from the Trent, Northern and Yorkshire Region to enter the Geoffrey Walker Award. This award is in recognition of Dr Walker’s contribution to Clinical Biochemistry in the Yorkshire-Trent Region, and in particular to staff training. Trainees will be required to give a short (10 minute) presentation on clinical or scientific research, which will be judged on both content and presentation. A trainee would usually be considered as someone who is pre-registration or working towards FRCPath.
