The Federation of Clinical Scientists is hosting a virtual training sessions to further equip our local Trade Union Representatives. Following on from the Role of a Rep session that took place earlier in the year the next session will be –

Supporting Members and working through cases and will take place on Thursday 21 September 2023, 10.30 - 11.30am, via MS Teams.

This training is suitable for FCS reps and members considering becoming an FCS rep.  

Building on the Role of a Rep session we will take a look at how we represent members in the workplace and what type of issues may arise. We will work through how to deal with general queries, building and supporting through cases and other considerations along with what support is available to FCS Representatives.

There will be time at the end of the session for further discussion and questions to help aid learning and understanding

The deadline for sign up is noon on Wednesday 20 September 2023.
