Endocrinology is a substantial part of the clinical biochemistry workload but the guidelines for diagnosis and relevant investigations can be lengthy.

These guideline summaries are to be used as a helpful resource to concisely present an overview of the disease/condition, assay strengths and pitfalls and whether the guideline impacts the service provision of a laboratory.
