Complete this form by 28 June if you have an idea for a session you want to see on the programme. You will be asked for a session title, learning objectives, possible speakers and a suggested format. We are interested in suggestions for different formats that may be more interactive or innovative than a lecture.

This information will be assessed by the conference committee and if selected they will review and develop the session with you. Please do not invite any of the speakers until this has happened.
