Electives

As part of the STP training programme, Trainees are expected to undertake an elective rotation of four to six weeks. This task can take many forms and and is intended to encourage learning and development through providing healthcare science professionals with opportunities to broaden their knowledge, experience and to gain a valuable insight into how different services function.

We encourage trainees to share experience from their electives at events and by writing reports.
